INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE

ADVANCED LEARNING TECHNOLOGIES (ALTA‘2011)

ALTA‘2011 was organized in Lithuania, Kaunas on 27^th of October, 2011.

The conference aim is to promote international cooperation and to invite specialists, teachers and trainers, participants of virtual communities, and business sector participants to discuss about advanced learning technologies and applications in e-education.

• Innovative LLL: social tools and networks, key competencies development, learning community building;
• E-learning: open educational resources, teaching and learning methodology, new training models, cooperative learning and activity based learning, quality assurance;
• Innovation and research: Web 2.0 and Web 3.0, mobile technologies, science and business cooperation;
• Good practice examples:  international cooperation and communities, projects results, cases. 

This conference is a final conference of Leonardo da Vinci programme innovation transfer project „MW-Sonet – Mentoring rural women through social networking“, project number LLP-LDV-TOI-2009-LT-0052 with a wide approach to e-learning technologies and social networking.
